Featured in “10 Entrepreneurs Inspiring Change and Redefining Leadership”: Why I Teach People How to Make Money Online

If you’ve been searching how to make money online and you’re tired of hearing “post more,” “go viral,” or “just believe,” I get it, because most advice out there is either overly complicated, overly hyped, or built for a personality type that isn’t most people.

That’s why being featured in “10 Entrepreneurs Inspiring Change and Redefining Leadership” meant something to me. Not because I need spotlight to win, but because it’s proof that the way I’ve built income and helped others build income is real, repeatable, and rooted in systems… not social media performance.

This article is about what I’ve actually done, what I’ve learned, and why you should listen if you want to build income online part-time or full-time.

My Story: I’ve Always Been Wired to Build Systems

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to become an “online entrepreneur.” Long before I ever talked about make money online, I was already learning the real game: value, attention, execution, and systems.

I started young. At 12 years old, I launched my first little business, a neighborhood car wash. It wasn’t a “cute kid thing,” it was a real lesson in demand, repetition, and results. Not long after that, I started a tattoo drawing business at summer camp. It took off fast, I naturally recruited other kids to help, and it grew to the point that the camp shut it down. That experience taught me something early: when you understand people and you understand value, momentum is real and systems multiply it.

Then life took a different turn. I joined the United States Air Force. And that season shaped me in a way most people will never experience. In the Air Force, discipline wasn’t optional. Consistency wasn’t a motivational quote, it was survival. I served as a Force Protection Airborne Surveillance System Operator, earned “Airman of the Year” in 2003, and participated in operations including Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. That environment teaches you execution under pressure, leadership, and how to operate when you don’t feel like it, because feelings are irrelevant when the mission matters.

After transitioning back to civilian life, I stepped into real estate, and like a lot of people, I learned the hard way that markets don’t care how hard you work. The financial crisis hit, and I lost my home to foreclosure. That moment could’ve made me run back to “safe” and predictable. Instead, it forced a deeper question: If hard work isn’t enough, what actually creates stability?

That’s when I went all in on learning. With no mentor at the time, I immersed myself in the work of people like Jim Rohn, Jordan Belfort, Tony Robbins, Art Williams, and Zig Ziglar. I wasn’t looking for motivation. I was looking for a model. A framework. A system that could produce results consistently, especially for everyday people who don’t want to gamble their future on luck.

That search led me into network marketing and wealth-building principles, and eventually into what I’m known for now: helping people break out of limited thinking and build real stability with better strategies, better systems, and better execution.

And here’s why this matters to you, especially if your goal is to make money online.

Most people think the internet is where you “work hard” and hope it pays off. That’s why they burn out. Because hard work without a system turns into noise, inconsistency, and frustration.

But a system turns effort into results.

A system gives your actions a container.

A system creates repeatability.

A system makes progress predictable.

A system is what allows you to make money online without needing to be loud, constantly visible, or trapped performing on social media every day.

That’s what I’ve been doing the whole time. Not chasing hype. Building systems that work.

What I’ve Accomplished (And Why It Matters to You)

I’ve been in marketing and network marketing long enough to see the same cycle play out again and again. Good people get excited. They jump into an opportunity. They post a few times. They talk to a few friends. They try to “stay consistent.” Then life gets busy, results don’t come fast enough, and the whole thing fades out. Not because they’re lazy. Not because they’re not smart. Because they never had a simple, reliable system that produces leads and converts those leads into money.

That’s the difference between someone who dabbles online and someone who can make money online consistently.

Over time, I’ve helped build and refine marketing systems that produced real numbers. I’ve helped teams generate millions of dollars in sales, including one period where a marketing system helped drive roughly $15,000,000 in sales in less than six months. I’ve also helped generate well over 250,000 leads for teams and individuals, because we weren’t relying on “hope marketing.” We were relying on structure: consistent traffic, clear messaging, and follow-up that actually builds trust. Those numbers matter because they prove something: when the system is right, average people can produce above-average results.

But here’s what matters most to you: none of those results happened because we had some secret trick. They happened because we respected the fundamentals. And the fundamentals are the same whether you’re building a side income, replacing your job, selling affiliate offers, promoting a service, or building a long-term brand.

If you want to make money online, you need a process that works even when your motivation doesn’t.

You need attention first, because nothing happens without eyeballs. Call it traffic. Call it visibility. Call it demand. If nobody sees your message, you don’t have a business, you have an idea.

Then you need capture, because attention disappears fast. Social media views don’t pay bills. An email list does. You need a way to turn a curious stranger into a lead you can follow up with.

Then you need follow-up, because most people do not buy the first time they see something. They buy after they trust you. That trust is built through value: education, clarity, examples, and consistency. This is why I’m so big on email relationship building, because it’s where the real conversion happens behind the scenes.

Then you need an offer that fits the person’s problem. Not a generic offer. Not “here’s my product.” The offer has to feel like the next logical step for what they’re already dealing with. When the message matches the problem, selling stops feeling salesy and starts feeling like direction.

And finally, you need consistency long enough for the system to compound. Not intensity. Not a one-week push. Consistency. Because online income isn’t built in one day, it’s built through repeated inputs that create predictable outputs.

This is where most people get stuck. They skip steps. They try to jump straight from “post a link” to “make money online.” They don’t build a capture system. They don’t build follow-up. They don’t stay consistent long enough for momentum to kick in. Then they blame the opportunity, the algorithm, the economy, or themselves.

But the real issue is simpler: the system was never complete.

That’s why I’m confident teaching this. Because once you understand the sequence—and you commit to doing it the right way, online income stops being random.

It becomes buildable.

Why “How to Make Money Online” Has Become So Confusing (And What Actually Works)

The reason this feels so confusing today isn’t because there aren’t real opportunities. It’s because the internet turned money-making into entertainment.

Most of what people see online is designed to impress, not to teach.

They sell lifestyles instead of systems. They flex screenshots without explaining the boring part that created the screenshot. They talk in big promises and tiny details, and they teach tactics that only work if you already have an audience, already love being on camera, or already know how to run paid ads without lighting money on fire. So the average person tries to copy what they see, gets overwhelmed, and quits, then assumes making money online must be a scam, or only for “special people.”

It’s not.

It’s just that most of what you’re being shown is the highlight reel, not the machine.

And here’s the part people don’t want to hear: the most profitable online businesses aren’t built by “posting more.” They’re built by building something behind the scenes that works whether you post today or not.

That’s the real skill that creates online income: relationship + follow-up.

If you want to learn how to make money online in a way that’s stable and scalable, you have to stop thinking like a poster and start thinking like a builder. A poster lives off attention spikes. A builder creates a system that turns attention into an asset.

A builder creates a clear pathway where a stranger becomes a lead, a lead becomes a relationship, and a relationship becomes a customer, without pressure, without chasing, and without needing to be “in the public light” all day long.

That pathway looks like this…

You put out a message that speaks to a real problem someone is already trying to solve. Not a generic “I help people succeed.” Something specific that makes the right person feel like you’re talking directly to them.

Then you capture the lead, because attention disappears fast. Social media is rented attention. Your email list is owned attention. If you don’t have a way to collect leads, you don’t have a business, you have random visibility.

Then you follow up with value. That’s where trust is built. That’s where people stop seeing you as “another marketer” and start seeing you as the person who actually understands their situation. This is where most people lose, because they either never follow up, or they follow up with hype and offers instead of clarity and help.

Then you keep a consistent rhythm long enough for trust to compound. That’s the piece nobody wants because it isn’t sexy. But it’s the reason the same people keep winning year after year while others keep restarting.

That’s why I’m not obsessed with being everywhere.

I’m obsessed with building assets: lists, automation, messaging, and systems that produce results even when I’m not online. Because that’s what creates freedom. Not constant visibility. Not constant posting. Not chasing the next tactic.

If you want how to make money online to stop feeling like chaos, you don’t need more hacks. You need a machine that does the heavy lifting: lead capture, relationship building, and follow-up that converts.

That’s what I build.

The “One Problem → One Post → One Opt-In” Method (Free, starts today)

Step 1: Pick ONE problem you can solve. Don’t choose a niche like “business” or “fitness.” Choose a situation. Something a real person is dealing with this week.

Examples:

  • “I’m getting likes but no leads.”
  • “I don’t know what to post.”
  • “I start things and quit.”
  • “I’m overwhelmed and behind.”

Step 2: Write ONE post that calls out the problem and offers a simple win. Here’s a plug-and-play post you can copy and customize:

If you’ve been trying to make money online but nothing feels consistent, it’s usually not because you’re missing talent. It’s because you don’t have a simple system that turns attention into leads.

Here’s the easiest way to start: Pick ONE offer, ONE problem it solves, and ONE way people can raise their hand.

If you want, I’ll send you my “1-page simple funnel” outline that shows you exactly what to say and what to do next.

Comment PLAN and I’ll message it to you.

Step 3: Deliver the “free thing” manually (no funnel needed today).

When they comment PLAN, you message them something simple you wrote in your notes app. Keep it short.

Here’s the simple funnel outline:

  1. Post about one problem daily
  2. Offer one free resource (a checklist, template, or short guide)
  3. DM it to people who ask
  4. Ask one question: “What are you working on right now?”
  5. If it fits, invite them to a quick call

Step 4: Ask ONE qualifying question. After you send it, ask:

Quick question, what are you trying to do right now: get more leads, or get leads to convert?

That single question turns “random interest” into a real conversation, and conversations are where online income begins.

Why this works…

Because you’re doing the real job: turning attention into a lead, and a lead into a relationship. That is the foundation of how to make money online, and you can start it today for free.

If you want me to help you turn this into a clean system that fits your strengths, grab the free 20-minute session.
